The Newsfolio name, logo, design, and all platform-created content are owned by Scott Arthur, trading as Newsfolio. You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute any part of the platform without written permission.
Third-party news content is provided under fair use / RSS distribution rights and remains the property of respective publishers.
We aim to keep Newsfolio available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses arising from service downtime.
